What is MemoUS?
MemoUS helps families grow together. You notice a real moment once — memo or photo — and MemoUS turns it into a living portrait (MoMe), developmental understanding (Profile), a growing life story, and a photo archive. Available on Android today; iPhone and iPad on the App Store soon.
Do children use the app directly?
No. Children do not create accounts or use MemoUS directly. All child-related information is entered by an adult account holder, in line with COPPA and children's privacy best practices.
Is the AI content medical advice?
No. AI-generated insights, profiles, and life stories are for personal and informational use only. They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified pediatrician, therapist, or other healthcare professional. Always consult a professional for health or development concerns.
Can I share data with a clinician or coach?
Yes — and only when you choose to. Parents control all professional access. Clinicians may see behavioral data and AI profiles; coaches see potential profiles. Photos are never shared with clinicians or coaches. You can revoke access at any time.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Account & preferences → Delete account. Your data is retained during a 30-day grace period so you can cancel. After that, server-side data is permanently deleted. See our Privacy Policy for details by account type.
Is there a free tier?
Yes. Free MemoUS is a complete experience — capture memories for every child, invite a co-parent, and receive a living understanding of your child. Premium deepens partnership: higher monthly limits, richer keepsakes and story artifacts, and more ways to explore and share together. Pricing is shown in the app and on the store listing.
Which devices are supported?
MemoUS is available on Android (Google Play) and built for iPhone and iPad (iOS). Android installs from Google Play; iOS App Store listing is coming soon. Speech recognition and other native features require a store build on your device.
